FAQQ. How quickly will my order arrive?
A. We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days. Most orders will be dispatched the day after you order. Q. Do your beds come with mattresses? A. No. Our beds are sold without mattresses. Mattresses to fit the beds can also be ordered from our site. Q. What time will my order be delivered? A. All our deliveries are made by courier firms. We are therefore unable to give a precise delivery time. However, please contact us and we can provide the tracking / contact details for your delivery. Q. Can I come and see the goods in person? A. Yes, we have a retail store you can visit. Details can be found on our 'Contact' page. Q. Can I collect my order? A. Yes. You can order online and collect. Alternatively just visit our retail store. Most items are available to take away. Please contact us to confirm availability of the item. |
