Shipping

All our items are held in stock to ensure we can offer the fastest delivery possible. We expect to dispatch all items within 2 working days. We use a next working day service for our deliveries. You will receive a notification email when your goods are dispatched.

We ustilise couriers for all our deliveries and as such are unable to give an exact delivery time. We will however notify you when your goods are dispatched and give you an indication of the day(s) that you can expect delivery. Should you miss a delivery the couriers will leave a card with further instructions for redelivery and to contact them for further information.

We are unable to offer delivery outside of the United Kingdom. We are also unable at this time to offer delivery to Northern Ireland. If you are unsure if we can deliver to your location, please contact us for confirmation prior to ordering.

Returns

All goods on this site are subject to our standard returns policy. You may return unwanted items providing we are notified in writing of your intent to return the goods within 7 days of you having received the goods. The customer is responsible for returning any unwanted items and any costs involved in returning them. All items should be returned in original packaging where possible and in a satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. If any boxes show signs of damage please sign for the goods stating 'packaging damaged & unchecked. Inspect the goods carefully and contact us if there are any problems within 24 hours

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated on the contents of your order. If you wish to place an order for more than 2 or 3 beds you may wish to contact us to obtain an accurate quote on the deliveyr charge.
